It has various system processes like Import customers, Import products, Promote customer, Promote orders etc. We can schedule these processes to automate synch functionality.<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Below are the 2 steps by which we can schedule GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 50 integration utility.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1. \u00a0Allowing Sage 50 access to\u00a0 GUMU&#x2122; Windows service<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. \u00a0Scheduling GUMU&#x2122; Processes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Allowing Sage 50 data access to\u00a0 GUMU&#x2122; Windows service<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">When we install GUMU integration setup for Sage CRM \u2013 Peachtree, it installs windows service with name &#8220;<\/span><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">GUMUIntegrationService&#8221;<\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/17.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/17.jpg\" width=\"624\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Once you done with all the GUMU configuration for Sage CRM and Peachtree as mentioned in the <\/span><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">System Administrator guide<\/b><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">, we will have to follow below steps for scheduling GUMU.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">1. \u00a0Go to windows services as displayed above.<br \/>\n2. \u00a0Restart the GUMUIntegrationService windows service.<br \/>\n3. \u00a0Login to Sage 50.<br \/>\n4. \u00a0Select the Sage 50 company which you want to integrate with GUMU.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<b>Note: &#8211;<\/b> if you are starting the GUMU&#x2122; Service first time after GUMU installation, you will have to re-login to the Sage 50 Company which you wish to integrate. Please make sure GUMU&#x2122; integration utility is running before making these changes.<br \/>\n5. Once you log into Sage 50 Company, GUMU&#x2122; Service try to connect to Sage 50 and you will get a window popup asking for permission to access your Sage 50 data.<br \/>\n6. \u00a0Select &#8220;Always allow Access\u201d option as mentioned in the below screenshot and GUMU&#x2122; Service will be added to the Integrated Application list.
