Now suppose you have Office365 subscription and you want to send emails through SageCRM using Office365 credentials. Usually it\u2019s not possible to do so through standard way as Office365 SMTP expects TLS enabled connection which SageCRM does not support. Still you have an option to configure this using middle tier application called Stunnel. Here are the steps to be followed for configuring Stunnel and integrating your office 365 account for sending emails through SageCRM.<\/p>\n

Downloading and Installing Stunnel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download and Install Stunnel on Sage CRM application server from below mentioned URL.
    \n    https:\/\/www.stunnel.org\/downloads.html<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Once we run downloaded setup file Stunnel will ask for some properties like Country, State, Server name etc. Enter them properly.<\/li>\n
  3. Once installed the icon for Stunnel will be displayed as follows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Double click icon to run the Stunnel.
      \nNote: Stunnel must be always running on server for entire process to work correctly.<\/span>

      Configure Stunnel for Office 365<\/strong><\/span>
      \n1. On the Stunnel window click on Configuration<\/strong> button and select Edit stunnel.conf<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

      2. In the text file that opens, Add following for office 365, just below commented gmail smtp settings.

      \nclient = yes<\/em>
      \naccept = 127.0.0.1:11027<\/em>
      \nconnect = outlook.office365.com:995<\/em>
      \n[ssmtp]<\/em>
      \nclient = yes<\/em>
      \nprotocol = smtp<\/em>
      \naccept = 127.0.0.1:11026<\/em>
      \nconnect = smtp.office365.com:587<\/em>
      \nNote: Your SMTP authentication details now become<\/span>
      \nServer name: 127.0.0.1<\/span>
      \nPort: 11026<\/span>
      \nUser name: Office 365 user name<\/span>
      \nPassword: Office 365 password<\/span>
      \nIt should look like this.<\/p>\n

      3. Save the file and close it.
      \n4. On Stunnel window click on Configuration<\/strong> button and select Reload stunnel.conf<\/strong> option which will reload the file in Stunnel configuration.<\/p>\n

      Configure Email settings in CRM<\/strong><\/span>
      \nIn CRM Email configurations modify the email settings as per the SMTP credentials mentioned above.<\/p>\n
