We know we can create tasks automatically through \u201cCreate Task\u201d action of workflow. However it\u2019s not like we will follow up on the same day. So we have to set the specific Due Date in future for automated tasks. For example I want a reminder in 30 minutes after rating a lead for follow-up. Here is what can be done.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>GreytriX3 :<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<a title=\"Integration options in Sage ERP X3\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/11I9ljA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integration options in Sage ERP X3<\/a><br \/>\n1. Go to <strong>Administration -&gt; Advanced Customization -&gt; Workflow -&gt; Lead Workflow<\/strong><br \/>\n2. Click on <strong>\u201cEdit Workflow\u201d<\/strong> button as shown in below screenshot. Then your workflow will be in edit mode.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7211\" alt=\"Workflow1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow1.jpg\" width=\"783\" height=\"782\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">3. Click on <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u201cRate Lead\u201d<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"> rule.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7212\" alt=\"Workflow2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow2.jpg\" width=\"578\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4. Then click on the <strong>\u201cNew\u201d<\/strong> button available at the bottom of the screen to add new action as shown in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7213\" alt=\"Workflow3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow3.jpg\" width=\"887\" height=\"585\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n5. Click on the <strong>\u201cCreate Task\u201d<\/strong> action from the set of actions as displayed below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7214\" alt=\"Workflow4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow4.jpg\" width=\"386\" height=\"438\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n6. After clicking on <strong>\u201cCreate Task\u201d<\/strong> action task window will get opened. Fill the required details whichever you want. Also set the <strong>\u201cTo be completed in (minutes)\u201d<\/strong> field to the time (in minutes) by which task should be completed. In this case we have set it to 30 as shown in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7215\" alt=\"Workflow5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Workflow5.jpg\" width=\"839\" height=\"625\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIf you want to assign the above task to particular user then you can select that user in the <strong>\u201cUser\u201d<\/strong> field otherwise it will get assign to the user mentioned in <strong>\u201cGet Default User From\u201d<\/strong> field.<br \/>\n7.
