Going further, in this blog, we will discuss about error which a user may face while Importing Customers\/Products from Sage 100 to Sage CRM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">In GUMU integration, user can use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/04\/30\/import-customers-in-sage-crm-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Import Customer <\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/11\/22\/real-time-product-update-from-sage-100-to-sage-crm-using-gumu\/\"> Import Product <\/a> feature to bring in Sage 100 customer or Product data into Sage CRM which is just one time process.\u00a0 Next time whenever you update\/Create any customer data into Sage 100, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/12\/30\/gumu-sage-100-tips-real-time-sage-100-to-sage-crm-changes-using-gumu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> it get updated to Sage CRM on real time basis.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Here, while importing customers\/Products user may face \u201cUnable to import Products\/Customers, object doesn\u2019t support property or method\u201d error (as shown in the below screenshot):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/importerror.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/importerror-1024x819.jpg\" alt=\"importerror\" width=\"595\" height=\"475\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Reason for this issue:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">While importing any customer\/Product GUMU creates a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/12\/23\/how-log-files-are-maintained-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">log file in GUMU folder <\/a> present in C:\\Windows\\System32\\Inetsrv directory of Sage CRM windows server.\u00a0 In case of 64 bit system, it creates GUMU folder in C:\\Windows\\SysWow64\\Inetsrv directory.\u00a0 Generally this error comes when windows user do not have enough rights for creating GUMU folder OR create log file in that GUMU folder.\u00a0 The rights can be configured in IIS (IUSR), for the windows domain user used for Impersonation in GUMU Configuration or the current user logged in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Steps to Troubleshoot:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">To troubleshoot this error,<br \/>\n1.\u00a0Login to Sage CRM windows server with administrator level user.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Create a folder named GUMU at C:\\Windows\\System32\\Inetsrv path or in C:\\Windows\\SysWow64\\Inetsrv path in\u00a0 case of 64 bit system.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Add permission to this GUMU folder for the below users:<br \/>\na. IUSR and windows user which is configured in IIS for your Sage CRM application pool.<br \/>\nb. Currently logged in windows users under which you are running browser to import customers.<br \/>\nc.\u00a0 Windows user used in GUMU configuration Impersonation section.\u00a0 To know your GUMU windows user go to Administration -&gt; Sage 100 Administration -&gt; Configuration.
