However cloning is not new to SageCRM framework. Let\u2019s consider below shown email reminder rule on escalations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7497\" alt=\"IMG1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG1.jpg\" width=\"816\" height=\"463\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you can see in above screen I have highlighted a field which says <b><i>Available for Cloning<\/i><\/b><i>.<b> <\/b><\/i>By<b><i> <\/i><\/b>selecting this field the escalation rule of <b>Email Reminder <\/b>will be available for cloning new rules in CRM. Once above change is saved, at the time of adding any new rule, we will find the rule created above for cloning. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG2.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7498\" alt=\"IMG2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG2.png\" width=\"812\" height=\"412\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>By choosing the required option from the list system will automatically copy the <b>Trigger SQL Clause<\/b>, <b>Workflow Actions<\/b> and <b>other<\/b> settings of existing escalation rule on saving the same. We just need to have a different rule name. See below screenshot for your reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG3.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7499\" alt=\"IMG3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG3.png\" width=\"814\" height=\"407\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once saved, a new escalation will be available in the list of rules. To see the details of newly created escalation we have to click on Rule Name hyperlink. If required we can make modifications in the new escalation.
