People using Sage CRM and latest version of outlook mainly face the problems with Classic Outlook integration Plug-in due to enhanced security and performance parameters in latest office products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a title=\"Greytrix Survey CRM for Sage CRM\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/16MJGFn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Create, Launch, Record, Analyze Surveys from within Sage CRM<br \/>\n<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><strong>Greytrix Survey CRM for Sage CRM<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Outlook 2013 if the Add-In causes slowness to application, it is automatically disabled. The error that I was facing is somewhat related to this.<br \/>\nI installed classic outlook integration with Outlook 2013 and SageCRM 7.2b. While opening outlook I was getting below error prompt. I knew this is where Outlook is trying to talk to SageCRM and its failing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7508\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/1.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"370\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I opened outlook, went to <b>File || <\/b><b>Options || <\/b><b>Add-Ins<\/b> and found that plugin named \u201c<b>SageCRM outlook Add-In\u201d<\/b> was already enabled. Why this error then?<br \/>\nNow that\u2019s because classic outlook integration adds 2 not 1 Add-Ins. You can see one more Add-in named \u201c<b>ACCPAC CRM Addin for Outlook<\/b>\u201d which is responsible for synch processes in CRM tab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7509\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/2.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"587\" height=\"478\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I found the Add-In was disabled automatically. To enable the same I selected <b>COM Add-ins<\/b> in manage dropdown and clicked on <b>Go<\/b> button. COM Add-Ins window opened as follows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7510\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/3.jpg\" alt=\"3\" width=\"434\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here I checked the \u201c<b>ACCPAC CRM Addin for Outlook<\/b>\u201d option. Then click Ok and restarted outlook.
