{"id":7776,"date":"2014-05-07T12:37:19","date_gmt":"2014-05-07T12:37:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/?p=7776"},"modified":"2014-05-07T12:37:19","modified_gmt":"2014-05-07T12:37:19","slug":"quoteorder-is-read-only-message-in-sage-300-sage-crm-integration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/05\/07\/quoteorder-is-read-only-message-in-sage-300-sage-crm-integration\/","title":{"rendered":"Quote\/Order is Read Only message in Sage 300 Sage CRM integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While working on the\u00a0upgrade of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product-64-GUMU_for_Sage_CRM_Sage_Accpac_ERP_Order_Entry_Integration.htm\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU for Sage CRM Sage 300 Order Entry Integration<\/a>, we observed the\u00a0below message on Quote and Order summary screens (in the blue bar) for one of the Orders.<br \/>\n<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><i><span style=\"color: #993300;\">This Quote\/Order is read only because of changes made in the OE Admin.<\/span><\/i><\/b><br \/>\nBrief about our GUMU for Sage CRM-Sage 300 Order Entry product.<br \/>\n1) It is built on top of the Standard Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 300 Integration provided by Sage in which Sage CRM Quotes and Orders tab are used.<br \/>\n2) It synchronizes drop downs\/list of values such as Ship-To Location, Ship Via, Price Lists, UOMs, Product Family and Products, Locations, etc. that are required for creating Quotes and Orders from within CRM.<br \/>\n3) Item lookup when creating orders that retrieves Inventory on Hand directly from Sage 300.<br \/>\n4) Promote button in Order and Quote Summary screen to allow promoting order to Sage 300.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b><i>Coming Soon:<\/i><\/b><\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1icU54M\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GUMU for Sage CRM &#8211; Sage ERP X3 Integration<\/a> ~ Real-time, Bi-directional<b><i><\/i><\/b><br \/>\n<a style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7777\" alt=\"Img1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img1.jpg\" width=\"628\" height=\"316\" \/><\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><br \/>\nAfter some investigation it was found that the Pricing List field on Quote\/Order summary screens was left blank. However, the pricing List is mandatory field while entering Quote\/Order in Sage CRM, but somehow during the upgrade process, this field had become optional. Hence, the above message in Sage CRM.<\/span><br \/>\nYou can easily get rid of this by making the Pricing List field compulsory again in Sage CRM.
