To check the Tab Group navigate to Administration | Advanced Customization | System Menus. Select the Find Tab Group.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7824\" alt=\"Sol2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol2.jpg\" width=\"626\" height=\"297\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIf you click on find hyperlink, you will observe that there are 2 entries of Solution.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7825\" alt=\"Sol3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol3.jpg\" width=\"625\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><br \/>\nSelecting one of the Solution from Tab Group contents and clicking on Remove button, removes both entries of solution from Find menu. Hence we recommend using SQL query to get rid of this.<br \/>\n<\/span>&#8212; Please ensure proper backups are taken before executing the following solutions &#8212;<br \/>\nHere are the steps that we had followed.<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">1) Execute below query on Sage CRM database.<br \/>\n<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0select * from Custom_Tabs where Tabs_Entity = &#8216;find&#8217; and Tabs_Caption = &#8216;solution&#8217;<br \/>\n2) Output will be something as shown below:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7826\" alt=\"Sol4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Sol4.jpg\" width=\"627\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3) Execute below update query on Sage CRM database.<br \/>\nupdate Custom_Tabs set Tabs_deleted=1 where Tabs_TabId = 10677<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nNote:<br \/>\n<\/b>Here you need to update recent entry in the table.
