In this blog I will explain you how to restrict\/filter users list on reassignment functionality based on certain condition.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>The New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <a title=\"Sage CRM guides are like Bible of knowledge for us!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/05\/27\/sage-crm-guides-are-like-bible-of-knowledge-for-us\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sage CRM guides are like Bible of knowledge for us!<\/a><br \/>\nWhile working on Opportunity entity, I came across one scenario where I had to filter \u201c<b>Assigned To<\/b>\u201d field on <b>Reassign <\/b>Rule based Team criteria. As we all know, opportunity workflow contains Global Rule named as \u201c<b>Reassign<\/b>\u201d. With the help of this rule user can reassign opportunity to any other user.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img11.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Img1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img11.jpg\" width=\"345\" height=\"309\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow as per client demand, I wanted user to reassign opportunity to another user only in his\/her team. To achieve this, I followed below simple steps and it works perfectly.<br \/>\n1. Go to Opportunity workflow.\u00a0 <b>Administration || Advanced Customization || Workflow<\/b>.<br \/>\n2. Click on <b>Opportunity Workflow<\/b>.<br \/>\n3. Click on \u201c<b>Edit Workflow<\/b>\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img21.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7981\" alt=\"Img2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Img21.jpg\" width=\"435\" height=\"314\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4.Click on \u201c<b>Reassign<\/b>\u201d Rule. You will see few fields on the screen.
