As you all know the impact of images present on web applications over users (i.e. more the images more the \u201clikes\u201d). Lets see today how we can make this more information\/fun for to user by adding images under status column on any grid available in Sage CRM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take an example of a Status field available on case screen. This is a select field containing default values \u201cIn Progress\u201d and \u201cClosed\u201d. Please find below screenshot which shows total number of cases being logged and their current status.<\/span>
\n\"Img1\"<\/a>Now based on business requirements client would wish to have a different set of list values here, for example one of our client wanted to set\/add \u201cApproved\u201d status, when the case gets solved. Please see below screenshot for better understanding.
\n\"Img2\"<\/a>Now as you can see there is a cross image shown in above image. This is because there is no defined image available for \u201cApproved\u201d status. So we will add the image. To do please follow below steps.
\n1. Right click on the section where you want to add image and select properties option.
\n\"Img3\"<\/a>Copy the \u201cURL\u201d as shown below.<\/p>\n

\"Img4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The above highlighted \u201cURL\u201d gives you the path were you are supposed to place your required image with the mentioned name (i.e.Approved.gif).
\n\"Img5\"<\/a>As you can see now the defined image is displayed when you hover your mouse on that image it will show you the status and priority of that case as shown below.
\n\"Img6\"<\/a>This way you can add images any where of your choice in CRM.<\/p>\n
