In this blog I would be explaining the steps to import the GUMU scripts for Sage 500 to Sage CRM real time changes.<br \/>\nBefore importing these scripts please make sure that<br \/>\na. \u00a0Customizer module is installed in Sage 500 which we would be using for Sage 500 to Sage CRM real time customer changes.<br \/>\nb. \u00a0If user has any additional customization then instead of importing the customization they will have to import manually in different way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 500 Integration <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/Product\/19\/Sage-CRM\/GUMU---Sage-500-ERP-Integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trial <\/a>| <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL7B26AC5534FA625B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video <\/a>| <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/tag\/gumumas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blog<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Once you have confirmed the above point we can continue with the implementation of the customization. For this follow below steps:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0 Login to MAS 500 and go to Customizer\u00a0 -&gt; \u00a0Activities -&gt; Import Form Customizations. Please refer to the below snapshot:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8346\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image1.png\" alt=\"Image1\" width=\"343\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2.\u00a0 In the Import Form Customization Window, click the Open File toolbar Button. Refer the below image:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8347\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image2.png\" alt=\"Image2\" width=\"335\" height=\"152\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3.\u00a0 For a default installation the path would be &lt;GUMU installation folder&gt;\\MAS 500 Integration Plugin\\MAS Customizations\\Imports.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8348\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image3.png\" alt=\"Image3\" width=\"353\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4.\u00a0 Select the export file (extension .BCP) i.e. GT_Customization.bcp to open and click Open.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image4.png\" alt=\"Image4\" width=\"385\" height=\"143\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n5. Click on the Save button to save the customizations the MAS 500 system.<br \/>\nNow, to apply the customization for multiple users please follow the below step<br \/>\n1.\u00a0 Select the Customizer Module, in that selects the \u2018Manage Form Customization\u2019.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 Check the Checkbox as shown in the screen shot for the users for which the Real time changes should work and then click on the Apply Form Customization button.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8343\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Image5.png\" alt=\"Image5\" width=\"637\" height=\"177\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3.\u00a0 This will open the \u2018Apply Form Customization\u2019. From that \u2018Form\u2019 selects the level as a \u2018Company\u2019 from the dropdown.
