But in some cases importing the customization do not import all the scripts which are required for real time changes from Sage 500 to Sage CRM. Or in case, if this part is already customized, then in such case user has to manually apply the scripts which are required for real time changes.<br \/>\nIn this blog, we will go through the steps which need to be followed to apply the scripts manually, when importing the customization doesn\u2019t work.<br \/>\nIn our GUMU integration, any changes made to Customer maintenance screen, Contact screen and Address screen are updated to Sage 500 on real time basis to CRM if the real time scripts are implemented. The scripts which needs to be added can be found in the GUMU installation directory<br \/>\n\u201cC:\\Program Files\\Greytrix\\GUMU Workstation\\MAS Customizations\\Scripts\\\u201d<br \/>\nNow to Implement the changes, please follow the below steps.<br \/>\n1.\u00a0 Login to Sage 500 and navigate to Maintain customer Screen.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 Click on the customizer button as below image.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8361\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im1.png\" alt=\"Im1\" width=\"318\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3.\u00a0 It will open a screen as shown below. Click on the script button to open the script editor screen.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8362\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im2.png\" alt=\"Im2\" width=\"298\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4.\u00a0 Select the Save from the Event Dropdown. Copy the Script from the \u201cCustomer_Save.txt\u201d which is located in path mention above and paste it in the script editor section.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 Save the changes<br \/>\nOnce user have save the changes, the data from Customer screen will get updated to sage 100 on real time basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 500 Integration <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/Product\/19\/Sage-CRM\/GUMU---Sage-500-ERP-Integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trial<\/a> | <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL7B26AC5534FA625B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video <\/a>| <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/tag\/gumumas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blog<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Similarly for Contact and address user has to insert the scripts using he below steps<br \/>\n1.\u00a0From the Maintain Customer screen, click on the Other Contact button. It will open Maintain Contact screen.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/im3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8363\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/im3.png\" alt=\"im3\" width=\"329\" height=\"252\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2.\u00a0Click on the Customizer button &gt; script editor button to open the below screen and select Save from the Event dropdown.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8357\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Im4.png\" alt=\"Im4\" width=\"361\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3.\u00a0Copy the script written in contact_save.txt located in the same path and paste it on the Script Editor and save the changes<br \/>\nFor Maintain Other Address,<br \/>\na.\u00a0From the Maintain Customer screen, click on the Other Address button.
