Recently, we have added a feature where Sage CRM system administrator can map a Sage 100 user with a Sage CRM user. Today in this blog post, we will go through this functionality.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff<\/strong>:<\/em> <a title=\"GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/05\/31\/gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-erp-x3-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Using this functionality, whenever a user <strong>promotes<\/strong> any customer OR orders from Sage CRM to Sage 100, records get created in Sage 100 with corresponding Sage 100 user id which is mapped with Corresponding Sage CRM user.<br \/>Let\u2019s walk through the steps to map a Sage 100 user and a Sage CRM user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>:- Find the Sage CRM user for which you want to map the Sage 100 user by going to <strong>Administration &gt; Users &gt; Users<\/strong> (as shown below)<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/User.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8568\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/User.png\" alt=\"User\" width=\"518\" height=\"271\" \/><\/a><strong>Step 2<\/strong>:- Select desired Sage CRM user.<br \/><strong>Step 3<\/strong>:- Configure the Sage 100 user in fields present on \u201cMore user details\u201d panel.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Uesser.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8570\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Uesser.png\" alt=\"Uesser\" width=\"562\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a>Now if the CRM \u201cadmin\u201d user (for which we have configured Sage 100 \u201cjohn\u201d user) creates and promotes any customer or order from Sage CRM to Sage 100, it will create that record in Sage 100 with john\u2019s user id.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/User22.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8571\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/User22.png\" alt=\"User22\" width=\"641\" height=\"230\" \/><\/a>Please note that, in case, if GUMU integration comes across any error\u00a0 while login to Sage 100 for writing Sage CRM changes to Sage 100 OR if no user is mapped with Sage CRM user then GUMU uses the Sage 100 login details configured in GUMU configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Medium;\"><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greytrix \u2013 a globally recognized and one of the oldest Sage Development Partners is a one-stop solution provider for Sage ERP and Sage CRM organizational needs.
