Below are the list of processes.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Import Customer<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Import Products<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Synch Drop Down<br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New Stuff<\/span>: <\/strong><\/em><a title=\"GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/05\/31\/gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-erp-x3-integration\/\">GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration<\/a><br \/>\nLet\u2019s discuss these above mentioned processes in more details,<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Import Customer:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>What it does?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis process will import all the Customers along with their contacts and addresses from Sage 100 to Sage CRM.<br \/>\n<strong>When needs to be Run?<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce you have imported all the customer in Sage CRM, there is no need to run this process again since GUMU\u2122 integration link is a real time bi-directional link. After implementing GUMU integration link, customers updated\/created in Sage 100 will automatically get updated in Sage CRM, unless it is not disabled by Sage 100 administrator. Sage 100 administrator can disable the real time updates from Sage 100 to Sage CRM in GUMU configuration as well as in GUMU Module present in Sage 100. In this case, Sage CRM user needs to run the import customer process.<br \/>\nAlso, if you are importing customers into Sage 100 from some external source (using excel import OR VI Import) and\u00a0 you want those customers to be present Sage CRM, then in that case, you will have to run\u00a0 <a title=\"Import Customers in Sage CRM using GUMU Integration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/04\/30\/import-customers-in-sage-crm-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Import Customer<\/a> feature.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Import Product:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>What is does?<\/strong><br \/>\nImport Product process will bring all the products from Sage 100 to Sage CRM under pricing list named \u201cMAS90 Pricing\u201d. Later, User can use these products to create sales order\/ AR\u00a0 invoices\u00a0 from Sage CRM to Sage 100.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nWhen needs to be Run?<\/strong><br \/>\nIn our GUMU, we have a feature where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/05\/10\/import-product-in-sage-crm-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">products are also updated and created on real time basis <\/a>from Sage 100 to Sage CRM. We can implement this feature if client request.
