Our GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 QuickBooks is an External sync Utility where it integrate s the Customer Data bi-directionally from QB to CRM and CRM to QB.<br \/>\nIn this blog, we will go through various synchronization processes available in this integration. User can just right click on the process and can execute it with \u201cRUN\u201d option.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>New Stuff<\/strong><\/span>: <a title=\"Real Time Tabs in GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/09\/23\/real-time-tabs-in-gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-erp-x3\/\" target=\"_blank\">Real Time Tabs in GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3<\/a><br \/>\nBelow are the lists of process which we have currently in our GUMU integration<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image0011.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8794\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image0011.png\" alt=\"Image001\" width=\"625\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Import product family and product:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis process imports all the products and product family from QuickBooks into Sage CRM. Without importing products and product family, user will not be allowed to create or import orders\/Invoices from either system.<br \/>\n<strong>Import Customer:<br \/>\n<\/strong>This process imports all the customers from QuickBooks into Sage CRM as Sage CRM company. Customers brought over from QuickBooks will have the linked field checked as shown in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image003.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8796\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image003.png\" alt=\"Image003\" width=\"628\" height=\"59\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Import order:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis process will import all the orders from QuickBooks into Sage CRM.\u00a0 Before running this process please makes sure that you have imported all the product and product family in Sage CRM. <strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image005.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8798\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image005.png\" alt=\"Image005\" width=\"628\" height=\"182\" \/><\/a><\/strong>The imported Orders will have the <strong>linked <\/strong>check box checked and the <strong>Document<\/strong> type will be set as Orders.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image0022.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8799\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Image0022.png\" alt=\"Image0022\" width=\"504\" height=\"58\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Import Invoices:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe process for import of invoices is exactly the same as importing of orders. The only difference is that the Document type is set as \u201c<strong>Invoice<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>Note<\/strong>: If you are running above process for the first time then GUMU reads the data from QB and insert them to Sage CRM. In case, if you are running this process second time, GUMU reads the orders records which have been modified after the Last Sync Date.<br \/>\n<strong>Promote Customer:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this process, customer data is created\/updated from Sage CRM to QB. GUMU checks if customer exists based on QuickBooks list ID. If a record needs to be updated or added in Sage CRM then you need to make sure that you \u201c<strong>Link<\/strong>\u201d the record. If a record is linked then it means that it is ready to be integrated. The customers which are not linked will not be promoted to QB.<br \/>\n<strong>Promote Orders:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this process, GUMU promotes orders created in Sage CRM for a linked customer to QB. GUMU only promote those orders which have linked checkbox checked in Order screen of Sage CRM. If the Linked customer is not checked then GUMU will not promote that particular order.\u00a0 Please note that once order is promoted to QuickBooks, changes made to Orders in CRM will not be update to Quickbooks even if they run the Promote Order routine.
