Moving further in this blog we will go through the synchronization settings available in our GUMU integration in detail.<br \/>\nGUMU provides users with the flexibility to restrict their data synching i.e., user can decide the direction in which their data should flow. To achieve this user just needs to follow some simple steps.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New Stuff<\/span><\/strong>: <strong><a title=\"GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration \" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/05\/31\/gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-erp-x3-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage ERP X3 Integration<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/synchronization1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8835\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/synchronization1.jpg\" alt=\"synchronization1\" width=\"622\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThere are 4 options available for selection in <strong>Status<\/strong> field, which the user can decide and choose according to their business requirement. Below is the brief description about each field:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Both<\/strong>: If user selects the value of Status as \u201cBoth\u201d, then the direction of integration will be both ways i.e., the update in either system will get reflected to both the systems.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>One Way ERP to CRM<\/strong>: If the Status is set as \u201cOne Way ERP to CRM\u201d, then the direction of integration will be only from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM.\u00a0 Any update from Sage CRM will not get reflected to Sage ERP X3. In this case, the user can only use functionalities such as Import Customer, Import Products, Synchronize Dropdowns and real time update from ERP X3 to CRM.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>One Way Sage CRM to ERP<\/strong>: If User selects this option; then the direction of integration will be only from Sage CRM to Sage ERP X3. In this case any updates which are done in ERP will not get reflected to Sage CRM.<br \/>\nPlease note that, in this case although the status is set as<strong> CRM to ERP<\/strong>, still the real time updates from Sage ERP X3 to CRM will occur.
