Keeping this in mind, I decided to share a post about one of the powerful feature which CRM have and which makes it much more prominent i.e. <strong>Workflow.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong> <\/em><\/span><a title=\"Profile Pictures for users on Sage CRM Dot Com\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/10\/14\/profile-pictures-for-users-on-sage-crm-dot-com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Profile Pictures for users on Sage CRM Dot Com<\/a><br \/>\nWorkflow, a most efficient tool of CRM helps to progress the work in most systematic way. It also helps in getting the track record of who is updating what which makes it the best selling point of Sage CRM.<br \/>\nWe can define various Rules for systematically updating data for the entities through workflow.<br \/>\nWorkflow feature has been retained in \u201c<strong>Sage CRM 2014 R2<\/strong>\u201d. I will give a short walkthrough of how workflow is maintained on Cloud CRM.<br \/>\n1. On logging a new case in Cloud CRM (<em>Here I am referring \u2018Case\u2019 entity<\/em>). Workflow actions are made available on top-right corner of screen under \u2018<strong>Actions\u2019<\/strong> drop down list.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Img22.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9028 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Img22.png\" alt=\"Img2\" width=\"995\" height=\"208\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2. Click on any action say, \u201c<strong>Queue<\/strong>\u201d action.<br \/>\n3. Below Progress Screen appears where user can capture tracking details too.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Img32.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9029 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Img32.png\" alt=\"Img3\" width=\"992\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4. On Click of \u2018Save\u2019 button, Case summary screen is displayed where the stage is set to \u201c<strong>Queued<\/strong>\u201d.
