GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration works bi-directionally on real time basis.\u00a0 In the latest version of our integration, we have released new GUMU Sage 100 module which is used for real time changes from Sage 100 to Sage CRM.\u00a0 In this blog post, we will go through the installation and configuration steps which need to be followed while installing GUMU Sage 100 module.
\nNew Stuff<\/strong><\/span>: GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration DOs and DON\u2019Ts<\/a><\/em>
\nSteps to be followed before installation of GUMU Module<\/strong><\/span>
\nBefore you begin the installation, there are a few things you need to confirm.
\na.\u00a0\u00a0 Take backup of complete Sage 100 system. (For this, take backup of complete MAS 90 installation directory from Sage 100 server).
\nb.\u00a0\u00a0 No Sage 100 user should be logged in during GUMU\u2122 module installation in Sage 100 application.
\nc.\u00a0\u00a0 No processes should be running related to Sage 100 application.
\nd.\u00a0\u00a0 Please make sure that GUMU workstation setup is installed on Sage 100 server.<\/p>\n

Steps to be followed during installation of GUMU Sage 100 Module<\/strong><\/span>
\nPlease follow below steps to install the GUMU Sage 100 Module.
\na.\u00a0\u00a0 Login to Sage 100 windows server as an administrator.
\nb.\u00a0\u00a0 Run the GUMU Module\u2019s setup.exe with \u201cRUN as administrator\u201d option.
\nc.\u00a0\u00a0 Select the Sage 100 installation path (till MAS 90 directory). Click on NEXT.

\nThis will complete the installation of our GUMU Module.
\nSteps to be followed for configuring GUMU Module<\/span><\/strong>
\na.\u00a0\u00a0 After successful installation, login to Sage 100 application as ADMIN and navigate to Library Maintenance->Main->Company Maintenance.
\nb.\u00a0\u00a0 Select the Sage 100 company code for which you want to configure the GUMU<\/strong> module and click on the activate button.
\nc.\u00a0\u00a0 Check\u00a0 the checkbox in front of GUMU\u00a0 module option and click on the proceed button

\nd.\u00a0\u00a0 Once Module is activated, open the \u201cLibrary Master-> Utilities->Data File Display\u201d screen and select \u201cGT_Options\u201d table file from \u201cMAS_ABC\\GTABC\u201d folder if it is for ABC Sage 100 Company code.
\ne.\u00a0\u00a0 Edit the \u201cNewSystem$\u201d\u00a0 column value of \u201cGT_Options.M4T\u201d to “N” and click Ok.

\nf.\u00a0\u00a0 Also Admin will have to provide rights to the user to access the GUMU Module. For this navigate to the \u201cLibrary Maintenance->Main->Role Maintenance\u201d screen and assign the desired access to GUMU Module.

\nSteps to be followed to setup the integration<\/span><\/strong>
\n1.\u00a0Open the CRM Configuration screen from \u201cGUMU-> GUMU Options -> Sage CRM Configuration\u201d
\n2.\u00a0Fill the following details
\nUsername\u00a0: <Enter sage CRM admin level username ><\/em>
\nPassword\u00a0: <Enter the valid password of Sage CRM><\/em>
\nCRM Url\u00a0: <Enter Sage CRM Url ><\/em>
\n3.\u00a0 Check the check box depending upon the entities which you want to pass to Sage CRM.
