Changing Font and Size is possible from front end but you need to change it manually every single time you write an Email and also it is only possible once you start typing.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <a title=\"WORKFLOW IN SAGE CRM 2014 R2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/10\/24\/workflow-in-sage-crm-2014-r2\/\" target=\"_blank\">WORKFLOW IN SAGE CRM 2014 R2<\/a><br \/>\nTo make it a permanent change I made some modifications in CRM Style sheet, let\u2019s see the workaround below:<br \/>\nI am taking an example of \u201cclassic\u201d theme in Sage CRM 7.2 You can change themes under preferences tab.<br \/>\nGo to following path, you will find themes for FCKeditor:<br \/>\n<strong>C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\crm\\WWWRoot\\Themes\\FCKeditor\\default\\css<\/strong><br \/>\nOpen fck_editorarea.css file and you can change the parameters as per your requirement, for example I have made some changes below:<br \/>\n<em>body<\/em><br \/>\n<em>{<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 background-color: blanchedalmond;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 padding: 5px 5px 5px 5px;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 margin: 0px;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>}<\/em><br \/>\n<em>body, td<\/em><br \/>\n<em>{<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 font-family: monospace;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 font-size: x-large;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>}<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\/**<\/em><br \/>\n<em>* Just uncomment the following block if you want to avoid spaces between<\/em><br \/>\n<em>* paragraphs.
