Likewise, this time also we are taking up a feature called pipeline for Case Entity which gives a graphical representation of the data to a user<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>Related Post:<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0 <a title=\"Opportunity Funnel in Sage CRM 2014 R2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/11\/06\/opportunity-funnel-in-sage-crm-2014-r2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Opportunity Funnel in Sage CRM 2014 R2<\/a><br \/>\nIn the new version, Sage has introduced a new way to display pipeline for each of the entities like for Opportunity we have funnel which shows data and for Case entity we have block wise representation of the data. Below screenshot is taken from On premise version of Sage CRM.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Image3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9135 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Image3.jpg\" alt=\"Image3\" width=\"758\" height=\"92\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow, in cloud version of Sage CRM it has been changed as shown below which gives similar data but in a different form.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Image1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9136 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Image1.jpg\" alt=\"Image1\" width=\"998\" height=\"440\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEven if you click on any of the color\/block it will filter the cases accordingly.
