In our previous blog post, we discussed about steps for configuring GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage X3 integration <\/a>from Sage CRM side. In this blog post, we will discuss about various synchronization processes which need to be run after GUMU integration is configured. \u00a0Sage CRM system admin has to run below processes in order to bring Sage ERP X3 data into Sage CRM:
\n1. Import Business Partners
\n2. Import Products
\n3. Synchronize Dropdowns<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Now let\u2019s discuss each of these processes in brief:<\/p>\n

Import Business partners (Customers):<\/strong><\/span>
\nAfter configuring GUMU integration for first time, to bring all the customers in Sage CRM, system admin needs to import all the customers to Sage CRM<\/a>. This needs to be run only for the first time when integration is configured. Next time whenever any customer is created in Sage ERP X3, it gets created in Sage CRM on real time basis (if they have done the Sage ERP X3 side configuration<\/a>).
\nImport Products:<\/strong><\/span>
\nImport Product<\/a> process brings all the products from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM. It needs to be run for the first time when integration is configured and also when a product is created\/ modified in sage ERP X3. Please note that products are not created\/ modified from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM on a real time basis. So whenever a product is created\/ modified in Sage ERP X3 system, CRM admin needs to import those products to CRM.
\nSynchronize Dropdowns:<\/span><\/strong>
\nSynchronize dropdown<\/a> brings all the option values from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM. This process needs to be run after the integration is configured for the first time and when some new option is created in Sage ERP X3 for one of the specified dropdown.
\nNote<\/span>: Please run \u201cMeta data refresh\u201d each time after running these processes.<\/strong>
