In this blog post, we will go through the process of configuring GUMU Module in Sage 100 ERP, so that real time changes from Sage 100 ERP to Sage CRM should work.<\/p>\n<p>Here we assume you have already gone through with <a title=\"GUMU Module installation\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/10\/30\/steps-to-install-gumu-sage-100-module\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GUMU Module installation<\/a> and have provided the necessary permissions to access the GUMU Module. \u00a0Now, let\u2019s start with configuring GUMU module.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/GUMUModule.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-9195\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/GUMUModule.jpg\" alt=\"GUMUModule\" width=\"612\" height=\"386\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once GUMU Module is installed, Sage100 ERP admin user can go to <strong>GUMU<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; <strong>GUMU Options<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; click on the <strong>Sage CRM configuration<\/strong>. It will open the GUMU Module configuration screen. Please enter below values in the screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Sage CRM Configuration:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>User Name<\/strong>: &#8211; Enter Sage CRM admin level user who has web service and external access enabled. \u00a0For more details, please refer blog link\u00a0<a title=\"Sage CRM and Sage 100 user configurations for GUMU integration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/08\/29\/sage-crm-and-sage-100-user-configurations-for-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM and Sage 100 user configurations for GUMU integration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Password<\/strong>: &#8211; Enter password of above specified Sage CRM user.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CRM URL<\/strong>:- Enter Sage CRM URL till \u201ceware.dll\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Synchronization settings:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Inactive<\/strong>: &#8211; If you check this checkbox, then customer data synch from Sage 100 ERP to Sage CRM will get disabled. i.e. Any changes made to the Sage 100 ERP record will not update corresponding record in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Customer<\/strong>: &#8211; For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 ERP to Sage CRM for Sage CRM Company, entity (customer records) check box should be checked. If this is not checked, then any changes made to Sage 100 ERP customer records will not update corresponding customer records in Sage CRM in company entity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Contact<\/strong>: &#8211; For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 ERP to Sage CRM for Sage 100 ERP contact synching, this check box should be checked. If this is not checked then any changes made to Sage 100 ERP customer Contacts records will not update corresponding person records in Sage CRM.<br \/>\n<strong>Customer Ship-To Address<\/strong>: &#8211; For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 ERP to Sage CRM for Customer\u2019s ship-to address records, this check box should be checked.
