Consider an example, where you want to show Proposal Submitted workflow Rule only for the Sales Team.<br \/>\nWorkflow Rule can be easily restricted by below 2 ways.<br \/>\n<strong>1) Workflow Customization:<br \/>\n<\/strong>a) Navigate to Proposal Submitted Rule and you will find <strong>Restricted to Team<\/strong> dropdown.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/WF1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/WF1.jpg\" alt=\"WF1\" width=\"618\" height=\"213\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nb) Set this field to Sales Team and Click on <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<br \/>\nc) Once this is done, Proposal Submitted will be only visible for Sales Team.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n2) Workflow Customization by adding JavaScript Condition:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Suppose you want to provide access to Proposal Submitted rule only for Marketing and Direct Sales Team, then you need to add below script into the JavaScript condition of Proposal Submitted Rule.<br \/>\nvar TeamID = CurrentUser.user_primarychannelid;<br \/>\nif (TeamID == 1 || TeamID == 4)<br \/>\nValid = true;<br \/>\nelse<br \/>\nValid = false;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/WF21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9261\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/WF21-1024x338.jpg\" alt=\"WF2\" width=\"595\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nYou must have wondering that how to add Team ID\u2019s into the above code.
