In this blog post, we will discuss another issue which a user may come across while updating records from Sage CRM to Sage 100 ERP.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>New Stuff<\/strong><\/span>: <a title=\"Sage Pro ERP Integration with Sage CRM \u2013 Troubleshooting Tips\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/12\/30\/6258\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage Pro ERP Integration with Sage CRM \u2013 Troubleshooting Tips<\/a><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Issue:<\/span> <\/strong>While updating records from sage CRM, user may get an error as shown in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Image012.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9374\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Image012-1024x366.png\" alt=\"Image01\" width=\"595\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEven if you try to update the address record or person record, you will get the same error.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Reason<\/strong><\/span>: This error message generally occurs under the following scenario.<br \/>\nThe reason behind this would be that Sage100Lib.dll which is used by GUMU Integration for updating records from Sage CRM to Sage 100 ERP is not present or is not registered correctly.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/span>: For resolving above error, please check whether <strong>Sage100Lib.dll<\/strong> is present in the Sage CRM server under the Greytrix Installation directory.<br \/>\nE.g: C:\\Program Files (X86)\\Greytrix\\GUMU for Sage CRM Server &#8211; Complete<br \/>\nIf the DLL is present, then register it by following below steps,<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 Login to Sage CRM server with windows admin level user.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 Run the <strong>CMD<\/strong> Command as administrator.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 In a command prompt, go to the C:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727 directory<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 Type below <strong>regasm<\/strong> command in command prompt to register the Dll<br \/>\n<strong>regasm\u00a0<\/strong> \u201cC:\\Program Files (X86)\\Greytrix\\GUMU for Sage CRM Server \u2013 Complete\\Sage100Lib.dll\u201d \/Codebase<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Image02.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9373\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Image02.png\" alt=\"Image02\" width=\"534\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0 Once done with running the above command, RESET the IIS.<br \/>\nThis should solve the problem.
