Today we will go through another issue and its troubleshooting which users may come across while using GUMU integration.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><br \/>\nNew Stuff<\/strong><\/span> : GUMU Sage CRM version 7.3 integration with Sage 100 ERP is now available<br \/>\n<strong>Issue:<\/strong>\u00a0User may come across an issue where Product \/ Product Family SSA fields are not filtering the products as per Item code or pricing does not get loaded as it does in Sage 100.<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9833\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Compatible2.png\" alt=\"Compatible\" width=\"553\" height=\"238\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Reason:<\/strong>\u00a0This issue occurs due to compatibility settings which user has to do it in there browser. This issue is generally faced in IE 11.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solutions :<\/strong> To resolve this issue user will have to follow the below steps<br \/>\n1. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img15.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img15.jpg\" alt=\"img1\" width=\"250\" height=\"277\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2. Click Compatibility View Settings.<br \/>\n3. Under <strong>Add this website<\/strong>, enter the URL of the CRM.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9777\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img21.jpg\" alt=\"img2\" width=\"334\" height=\"396\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4. Click on the <strong>Add<\/strong> button<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img41.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/img41.jpg\" alt=\"img4\" width=\"334\" height=\"395\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n5.Clear all the cache memory and restart the IE browser.<br \/>\nThis should solve the problem.
