In this blog, we will go through an Error message which user may face while using integration and it\u2019s possible solution.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>New Stuff<\/strong><\/span> :<a title=\"GUMU Sage ERP X3 integration with the new Sage CRM v 7.3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/01\/24\/gumu-sage-erp-x3-integration-with-the-new-sage-crm-v-7-3\/\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU Sage ERP X3 integration with the new Sage CRM v 7.3<\/a><br \/>\n<strong><strong>Error Message <\/strong>:<\/strong> \u201cError while reading webservices description. Please contact your system administrator for more details.\u201d<br \/>\nIn Sage CRM system integrated with Sage ERP X3 using GUMU&#x2122; integration, while accessing GUMU tabs or using any other GUMU functionality user may come across this error message.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image001.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9783\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image001.png\" alt=\"image001\" width=\"619\" height=\"316\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Reason:<\/strong> In GUMU&#x2122; integration, we have used Sage ERP web services to connect to ERP X3. While connecting to ERP, there could be a possibility that the Sage ERP X3 web service pool which is used in configuration is stopped.<br \/>\n<strong>Solution<\/strong>: To resolve this issue, user will need to check below points.<br \/>\n<strong>a.Check if your webservice pool is started or not, follow below steps for the same:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; In your Sage ERP X3 server\u2019s Internet explorer browser, go to below URL http:\/\/localhost:28880\/root\/<br \/>\n&#8211; Click on \u201c<strong>Webservice server<\/strong>\u201d tab.<br \/>\n&#8211; This will show you, the XML with list of web service pool started. Check for the web service pool you configured with Sage CRM for GUMU integration. You will find status for the pool in \u201cstatelib\u201d attribute of this XML.<br \/>\n&#8211; If it is \u201c<strong>stopped<\/strong>\u201d, click on Start button (Please refer below screenshot for the same) to start the pool.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image002.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9785\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image002.png\" alt=\"image002\" width=\"624\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>b. If the configured pool is started already then please check whether the webservice URL, User name and Password entered in GUMU Configuration screen is correct.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Go to Administration -&gt; Sage ERP X3 -&gt; Configuration.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image003.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/image003.png\" alt=\"image003\" width=\"626\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThis should solve the problem.
