New\u00a0Stuff<\/strong>:<\/em>\u00a0GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct Integration \u2013 Sage CRM side Configuration<\/p>\n

Import customer is a one-time process where users can import all customers from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM.\u00a0This is mainly used when you install the integration for the first time or if you would like to import customer data under some specific requirement or criteria.<\/p>\n

In this feature along with customer details, we are also importing primary address and contact of that corresponding customer.<\/p>\n

For Importing customers from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM using GUMU™ integration, please follow the below steps:
\n1. Go to Sage CRM Administration<\/strong> menu.
\n2. Click on Sage<\/strong> Intacct -><\/strong> Import<\/strong> Customer<\/strong>\u00a0button. It will navigate you to Import Customer page.
\n3. Select Sage Intacct Company from which you want to import customers into Sage CRM.
\n4. There are 2 import criteria which user can use while importing customers from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n

a. Last Updated Since: –<\/strong> Using this criterion, a user can import customers on the basis of last updated date of a particular customer. A user can select a particular date from the field and can sync customers updated\/inserted after the selected date.<\/p>\n

b. Customer Number: –<\/strong> User can also synch customers by specifying the particular range of customer numbers in From and To field.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> – If a user does not enter anything in the Date<\/strong> field or FROM<\/strong> and TO<\/strong> field and clicks on Sync<\/strong> Button, GUMU™ just synch all customers from the Sage Intacct system to Sage CRM.<\/p>\n
