In this blog post, we will go through the Synchronize drop-down process. Currently, in our GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct Integration, we are synchronizing dropdown options for Tax Group, Price List, AR Terms, Type ID, Sales Rep, <\/strong>and Entities<\/strong>. A user has to follow below steps to synchronize the drop-down,
\n1.\u00a0 Login to Sage CRM.
\n2.\u00a0 Navigate to Administration -> Sage Intacct -> Synchronize Dropdowns.
\n3.\u00a0 Select the Sage Intacct Company for which the user wants to synchronize the drop-down.
\n4.\u00a0 Select checkboxes for the dropdowns you want to sync in Sage CRM and click on the Sync button.<\/p>\n

Please note that this will synchronize all the options from above dropdowns in Sage CRM. Once this is done, it is available for selection while creating a customer. In future, whenever you add a new option to any of the above dropdown fields in Sage Intacct, you will have to run above process again in order to bring new options into Sage CRM.<\/p>\n
