Our focus lies in understanding the scope of migration, the design requirements, with hands-on experience in several data migration techniques. Data migration is a key element that you consider before adapting to any new system. It can be a time-consuming process and can be painful at times, that is where our Fixed Cost; No effort&nbsp;migration services come into play and are helpful in terms of quick turnaround and hassle-free system &amp; data updates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We do provide migration services to migrate data from Sage 50 (US &amp; Canada), QuickBooks, Sage 100 US (Peachtree), and Sage 300 ERP (Global) to Sage Intacct. We provide Migration Services at our Sage Migration Centre where we undertake 1 test and 1 live\u00a0conversion per client database and provide the client with the converted\u00a0Sage Intacct data for review. On approval on the test migrated data we schedule live migration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We convert the below-listed information to Sage Intacct. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>General Ledger:<\/strong>&nbsp;G\/L\nAccounts and transaction history.<\/li><li><strong>Bank:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bank\nmasters and Open bank Balances (We do not do bank reconciliations)<\/li><li><strong>Tax<\/strong>: Tax masters.<\/li><li><strong>Account Receivable:<\/strong>&nbsp;AR\nCustomers and Open receivables.<\/li><li><strong>Account Payable:<\/strong>&nbsp;AP\nVendors and Open Payables.<\/li><li><strong>Sales<\/strong>: Open sales Orders\nand Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed SO\u2019s).<\/li><li><strong>Purchase:&nbsp;<\/strong>Open\nPurchase Orders and Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed PO\u2019s).<\/li><li><strong>Inventory Control:<\/strong>&nbsp;IC\nItem masters and Inventory valuation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: We do not consider data from other modules such as Payroll, Job Cost, BOM, etc. as part of the standard migration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Turnaround time for conversion depends directly on the size of the database and the complexities involved in it. Usually, we estimate the complete conversion takes around 4-5 days. But to be on the safe side, we request client\/partners 7-10 days for test conversion and once we get a perfect picture, we can give an exact timeframe required for Live Conversion.
