This saves our time to navigate to our most-used\nitem every single time. What we can do is just flag the frequently used items\nto add them to Favorites list so that we can access them directly. Instead of every\ntime browsing across the applications and finding the desired menu item, we can\njust add it once to the favorites menu and work with more ease in our\npersonalized workspace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Applications dropdown<\/strong>&nbsp;on the menu bar &gt; In any of the module, under All or Setup, hover over the menu item you want to favorite &gt; <strong>click the star contour<\/strong> beside it to add that item to your Favorites list.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Adding-to-Favorites.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Adding-to-Favorites.png\" alt=\"Adding to Favorites\"><\/a><\/center><center><i>Adding to Favorites<\/i><\/center><p><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><p>Like you can see in the image above, the star (\u2606) beside the Customers masters has changed to yellowish orange (<span style=\"font-size:100%;color:#ffae42;\">\u2605<\/span>) to indicate that this menu item has been marked as favorite. <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you hover over any menu\nitem, like the Invoices, in above screenshot, you will be able to see the star contour\/outline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\ncan favorite anything including menu items, reports, and dashboards. We can\nalso reorder the items within our favorites list. To organize your Favorites\nlist, drag and drop menu items up and down to reorder them as required. Also,\nwe can view favorited items, application\/module wise, by selecting the\napplication from the dropdown available in the Favorites menu panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the items that are favorited can be viewed at one global place throughout the company. Click the star icon besides the Applications dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/View-Favorites-list.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/View-Favorites-list.png\" alt=\"View Favorites list\"><\/a><\/center><center><i>View Favorites list<\/i><\/center><p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>To remove a menu item from your favorite list, Go to either your Favorites menu or the browse to the menu item across the applications through Applications dropdown from menu bar. Further, unstar the previously starred item. The solid orange star besides the menu item will turn back to gray and the item will disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, favoriting out the items you need too\noften, you can solely work in your customized environment.
