For example, someone prefers Date format \u2018MM\/DD\/YYYY\u2019 over \u2018DD\/MM\/YYYY \u2019if they would rather choose \u2018DD\/MM\/YYYY \u2019if than \u2018MM\/DD\/YYYY\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will be discussing how we can set up our preferences.<br><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/professional-services\/sage-intacct-development-services\" target=\"_blank\">Sage Intacct<\/a> provides to set up preferences in two different ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Company\nPreferences<\/strong>: Admin will set up preferences that will affect all user across\ncompany.<\/li><li><strong>Individual\nPreferences<\/strong>: This sets up your individual preferences which defines how you\nwork in your environment in Sage Intacct.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Click your sign-in name at the top of any page\nand select&nbsp;My preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re an administrator, to set individual preferences for another user, go to&nbsp;Company &gt;&nbsp;Admin&nbsp;&gt; Users. The system then automatically refreshes this information in user contact.<br><strong>Security preferences<\/strong>:-<br>To keep your company and your identity safe from unwanted or unlawful access.<br><strong>Email notifications<\/strong>:-<br>You may add signature notification to bottom of your system generated emails, and get notified based on your selected activities.<br><strong>Display<\/strong>:-<br>You may personalize as much as you want about your visuals in Sage Intacct across and within applications.<br><strong>Check preferences<\/strong>:-<br>To print Checks, you may add\/upload a GIF file with your digital signature. This signature will be available on both online and printed checks.<br>Note<strong>:<\/strong> Font size for checks and check stubs is fixed.
