Purchaser who have not yet received their items ordered so they may only look out for those particular items. For example, you may find out that some products are missing in your inventory. So you may query as \u201cWhat inventory types or product types have been delivered by this Vendor for this particular order?\u201d By querying this you will get all product types and you can then find out which product is missing one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can filter the list for combinations of&nbsp;vendors, items, and document dates, and also based on the scheduled ship date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To run this report, go to Purchasing&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;All Tab&nbsp;&gt; Reports and click on Vendor exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Navigate-to-Vendor-Exceptions.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Navigate-to-Vendor-Exceptions.png\" alt=\"Navigate to Vendor Exceptions\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>To filter the records and run<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select reporting period from dropdown list or enter start and end dates you want the report to be shown.<\/li><li>Mention the filters for specific data you want.
