In our previous blog<\/a>, we have just summarized\u00a0introduction of GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage Intacct Integration product. Moving further in this blog, we\u00a0will go through\u00a0configuring GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct integration from Sage CRM after installing the GUMU™ Integration setup.<\/p>\n

Check\u00a0Product:<\/strong>\u00a0Sage Intacct Integration<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

At the time of GUMU™ setup installation, we have to enter all the details for Sage Intacct credentials which will be saved automatically in this GUMU™ Configuration page. If there are any changes, you can always edit\/update from this page.<\/p>\n

For Configuring Sage CRM with Sage Intacct<\/a>, follow below steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Sage CRM Administration<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Sage<\/strong> Intacct<\/strong>\u00a0-> Configuration<\/strong>\u00a0-> Click on hyperlink of your Sage Intacct Company<\/strong> -> Click on Change button<\/strong>. It will navigate you to below GUMU™ Configuration edit screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The user can update the details in this GUMU™ configuration page. The GUMU™ Configuration entry fields are explained in the table below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Field<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nDescription<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sage Intacct Web service URL<\/span><\/td>\nSage Intacct Web service URL. This will load automatically.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sage Intacct Company Name<\/span><\/td>\nEnter the Sage Intacct Company name.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sender ID<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Sender User ID of Sage Intacct. This is the User ID provided by Sage Intacct to access Sage Intacct data through its web services.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sender Password<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Sender User\u2019s Password<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sync<\/span><\/td>\nSelect the synchronization setting option in which you want data to be flow.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    <\/td>\n1.\u00a0INTACCT TO CRM: –<\/strong> If a user sets this option data will flow only one way from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    <\/td>\n2.\u00a0CRM TO INTACCT: –<\/strong> If a user sets this option data will flow only from Sage CRM to Sage Intacct.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    <\/td>\n3.\u00a0Both<\/strong>: If a user sets this option, GUMU™ will synch data on a bi-directional basis<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sage Intacct User Name<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Admin level Sage Intacct Application User Name.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sage Intacct Password<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Sage Intacct User\u2019s password<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Domain name<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Sage CRM Window domain name<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Windows Username<\/span><\/td>\nEnter domain Windows username. This user should have administrator-level rights.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Windows Password<\/span><\/td>\nEnter Sage CRM Windows password<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
