Therefore, using this application, Sage Intacct users can easily define commission rules and automate commission payments on sales transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we are sharing details about overriding\u00ad employee payment methods in the sales commission application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overriding employee payment method feature helps the user to override the payment method assigned to the employee in the employee information screen and uses the payment method assigned to the employee from the commission group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is the employee information screen where we can see the payment method assigned to the employee on the sales commission tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Navigation: Employee &gt;Edit\/Add&gt; Sales Commission tab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Employee-Screen.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Employee-Screen.png\" alt=\"Employee Screen\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p>To override the payment method which is assigned to an employee user has to visit the \u2018<strong>Assign Employee\u2019<\/strong> tab in the commission group screen. If the override payment method field is left blank then the payment method which was chosen on the employee will be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the payment method is selected as \u2018AP Bill\u2019 on commission group employee information screen then selecting a vendor is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user has an option for selecting different payment methods for one employee by creating different commission groups with different payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a standard feature incorporated with the Sales Commission application.
