So let\u2019s discuss about the View Dropdown option in checkbook here in this blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This View feature is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/gumu.greytrix.com\/connectors\/checkbook-digital-check-ach-sage-intacct-payments-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Checkbook Payment Screen<\/a> which contains the payment status information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To see this feature, Go to Checkbook&#8211;&gt; on Checkbook Payments.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Checkbook-all-payment.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Checkbook-all-payment.png\" alt=\"Sales Order Side Panel on Sales Order GI\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p>This is the most useful option in the Checkbook Payment screen from where users can customize the view is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Users can add a New View option by just selecting the \u201cNew View\u201d option from the same screen i.e., <a href=\"https:\/\/gumu.greytrix.com\/connectors\/checkbook-digital-check-ach-sage-intacct-payments-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Checkbook<\/a> Payments.<\/li><li>Users can Edit View option by just selecting the \u201cEdit View\u201d option from the same screen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>View Dropdown works as a Filter from which users can sort the payments according to their status, for example All Payments, Non-synched Payments, Voided, Printed, Expired, Refunded, Paid, Unpaid, Mailed, Failed, In process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>By selecting the All payments option from the View Dropdown list, user will get all the Payments which includes the above-mentioned list of view dropdown.<\/li><li>By Selecting the Non-synced Payments option from the View Dropdown list, User will get all the payments which are not yet synched.<\/li><li>By Selecting the Voided Payments option from the View Dropdown list, User will get all the payments which are Voided.<\/li><li>By Selecting the Paid Payments option from the View Dropdown list, User will get all the payments which are Paid.<\/li><li>By Selecting the Unpaid Payments option from the View Dropdown list, User will get all the payments which are Unpaid.<\/li><li>By Selecting the In-Process Payments option from the View Dropdown list, User will get all the payments which are In-Process.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, this filtering feature of view Dropdown provides easiness to the users to sort the payments according to their Status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Medium;\"><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greytrix has a wide product range for Sage Intacct- a Cloud ERP.
