Today in this blog, we will discuss how Administrator user of Sage CRM can restrict particular Sage CRM users from accessing GUMU™ Integration link.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff<\/strong>:<\/span><\/em>\u00a0GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct Integration<\/p>\n

Once GUMU™ integration is installed, Sage CRM system administrator needs to decide which Sage CRM users will have access to GUMU™ integration.<\/p>\n

For example, if you have purchased total 5 GUMU™ user licenses from Greytrix for GUMU™ integration then you will have to enable those 5 users by following below steps,<\/p>\n

    In Sage CRM Administration<\/strong> -> Users<\/strong> -> select the user for which you want to give an access to GUMU™ Integration link.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Check the GUMU Sage Intacct Access<\/strong> checkbox as mentioned in below screen.\"\"<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. This will enable particular user access to GUMU™ integration.<\/li>\n
  4. \n

    If the checkbox is unchecked for any Sage CRM user then that user will not have an access to GUMU™ Integration functionality. The user will get a warning message as shown in below screenshot.\"\"<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
