In this blog, we will discuss the process of converting the Pending Commission status to Completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure accurate calculation of sales commission, it is important to assign a valid commission group to Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and AR Invoices. This commission group should include at least one commission type and an employee with a total split percentage of 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To check the valid commission groups, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Navigate to Sales Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Go to Commission Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select &#8220;View&#8221; and choose &#8220;Valid Groups&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the valid groups will be displayed as shown in the below image:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pendingTocompleted1-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; Edit &gt;&gt;&gt; Assign valid commission group and commission type &gt;&gt;&gt; Save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ptc3-3.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; Post Commission &gt;&gt;&gt; View &gt;&gt;&gt; Select as per invoice number (<strong>INV-27042023_2<\/strong>) &gt;&gt;&gt; Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/ptc5-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9;
