Moving further in this blog, we\u00a0will go through\u00a0Import Products using GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct integration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New\u00a0Stuff:\u00a0<\/span><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/2018\/10\/24\/view-sage-intacct-customer-information-on-real-time-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">View Sage Intacct Customer information on Real Time using GUMU&#x2122; Integration<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is a continuation to our last\u00a0GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Intacct Integration\u00a0post.\u00a0 In this blog, we will go through Import Customers feature.<\/p>\n<p>Import products is a one-time process where users can import all products from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM.\u00a0Once these products are available in Sage CRM, then we can use it for creating Order from Sage CRM.<br \/>\nFor Importing products from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM using GUMU&#x2122; integration, please follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Sage CRM <strong>Administration<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Sage<\/strong> <strong>Intacct\u00a0-&gt; Import<\/strong> <strong>Products<\/strong> button. It will navigate you to Import Product page.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Sage Intacct Company Name<\/strong> from which you want to import products into Sage CRM.<\/li>\n<li>There are 2 import criteria which user can use while importing products from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM. Refer below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Import-Products-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-568 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Import-Products-1-1024x338.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n1. <strong>Last Updated Since<\/strong>: &#8211; Using this criteria, user can import products on the basis of last updated date of particular products. User can select particular date from field and can sync products updated\/inserted after selected date.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Product ID<\/strong>: &#8211; User can also synch products by specifying particular range of products ID\u2019s in <strong>From<\/strong> and <strong>To<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: &#8211;<\/strong> If user does not enter anything in the any fields and clicks on <strong>Sync<\/strong> Button, it will synch all products from the Sage Intacct systems to Sage CRM. While synching products into Sage CRM, GUMU&#x2122; first check for existence of product in CRM using <strong>Product<\/strong> <strong>ID<\/strong> and <strong>Company<\/strong> <strong>Code<\/strong> combination. If it does not exist, GUMU&#x2122; inserts corresponding product into CRM and if it already exist then it updates the product info into CRM.<\/p>\n<p>While importing product information, it also synch the product category, base pricing and UOM information. GUMU&#x2122; by default synch all the product information under <strong>INTACCTPRICING<\/strong> pricing list and <strong>INTACCTUOM<\/strong> UOM category.
