Today in this blog, we will discuss about how Sage CRM administrator user can allow or deny permissions to other CRM users to access various GUMU features.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Only users with Sage CRM admin rights have access to this Security Matrix feature.<\/p>\n<p><em>Check <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/intacct-apps-and-products\/gumu-sage-intacct-sage-crm-integration\">Sage Intacct Integration<\/a>: Delivering the best cloud-based integrated solutions for 360\u00b0 Business Approach<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sage CRM System Admin user can access this setting by navigating through below path in Sage CRM,\u00a0<strong>Administration<\/strong>-&gt;\u00a0<strong>Intacct -&gt; User Permission Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-84\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Main.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"296\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this settings, admin can give company wise permission to other user so that he can manage integrated data access for another user in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n<p>User can click on\u00a0<strong>Add New<\/strong>\u00a0button to assign permission to other CRM users as per Sage Intacct Company.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-86\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1081\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In below screenshot, permissions are assigned to\u00a0System administrator user. There are various permissions like view customer info, View AR Inquiries, View order Inquiries etc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagebusinesscloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Img1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1210\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In below another screenshot, for <strong>System Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0user all the rights are given for company <strong>Sage-Dev<\/strong>\u00a0and for same company only view customer right is given to user <strong>William Dolan<\/strong>.
