You can setup a relationship between two dimensions to automate data entry and enforce the accuracy of data. Some of the benefits that dimension relationships provides;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can auto-populate dimension values<\/li>\n<li>You can filter dimension values<\/li>\n<li>You can cascade dimension values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To understand dimension relationship let\u2019s take a business scenario.<\/p>\n<p>Your company wants to allow only selective sales rep\/account manager\/employee assigned to each customer.\u00a0 When entering transactions (say sales invoice); only valid assigned employees should be available for selection.<\/p>\n<p>The first step here is to identify the dimensions; in this case Customer and Employee.
