Based on our previous discussion of TDS on Accounts Payable Advances, this blog focuses on how to apply TDS deductions to AP Advances for various payment options availabe in Sage Intacct<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> . We’ll explore how businesses can efficiently manage TDS adjustments in Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate tax deductions and streamlined accounts payable processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff:- What is Sage Intacct Marketplace?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) TDS on AP Advances for Check without Approval: –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this Case, the TDS Advance Entry when created successfully will,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Create AP Advance with state \u201cIn Process\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. User need to Print the check from \u201cPrint Check\u201d Master.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. AP Advance state will be updated to \u201cAdvance Paid\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Fetch the Record Number of this AP Advance created in the AP Advance ID field on TDS Advance UI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Create GL Journal Entry with Reference Number as \u201cReference TDS Advance No. \u2013 Vendor No.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Check TDS Posted checkbox when GL Journal Entry gets successfully created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2) TDS on AP Advances for Record Transfer\/Cash with Approval: –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In this Case, the TDS Advance Entry when created successfully will,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Create AP Advance with state \u201cPending Approval\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. AP Advance state will be updated to \u201cAdvance Paid\u201d after the Approval process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Fetch the Record Number of this AP Advance created in the AP Advance ID field on TDS Advance UI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Create GL Journal Entry with Reference Number as \u201cReference TDS Advance No. \u2013 Vendor No.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Check TDS Posted checkbox when GL Journal Entry gets successfully created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3) TDS on AP Advances for Check with Approval:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In this Case, the TDS Advance Entry when created successfully will,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
