Navigate to the Singapore e-Invoice Module<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the Email Message Setup screen from the Singapore e-Invoice configuration menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Select Recipient Type<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the recipient type for whom the email template will be created:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor<br>(Refer to Fig 2 and Fig 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Enter Message Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Configure the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Message ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Message ID acts as a unique identifier for the email template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Create Email Content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Define the email body that will be sent to the recipient. Users can include standard business communication and placeholders for customer or vendor information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Save the Template<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click Save to make the template available for selection within Customer and Vendor master records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Assign Template to Customer or Vendor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to the Customer Master or Vendor Master under the Singapore e-Invoice tab and select the required Email Message.(Refer Fig 1 and Fig 4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Send Notification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a notification is triggered, the system automatically retrieves the selected Message ID and sends the corresponding email template to the customer or vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Functionalities Available in Email Message Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Email Message Setup screen provides a flexible and centralized method for managing notification templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Recipient Type<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can configure templates separately for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer Notifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor Notifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures that communications are tailored to the intended recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Message ID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each email template is assigned a unique Message ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Message ID is used to associate the template with Customer and Vendor master records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Description field helps users easily identify the purpose of the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Email Subject<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can configure a customised email subject line. This subject will appear in the recipient&#8217;s inbox whenever the email is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Email Body Configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Email Body section allows users to define the complete email content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typical information may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer or Vendor Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>InvoiceNow Registration Details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peppol Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact Details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps organizations maintain professional and consistent communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Multiple Email Templates Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system supports the creation of multiple templates for both Customers and Vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This flexibility allows businesses to use different templates for different communication requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Template Assignment at Master Record Level<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Singapore e-Invoice tab of the Customer and Vendor masters, users can select the required Email Message from the available Message IDs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected template becomes the default notification template for that customer or vendor.<br>(Refer Fig 1 and Fig 4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
