Do you need to provide similar estimates for multiple projects and would love to have a feature that would allow you to copy estimate lines from existing projects and help you create new estimates? If yes Greytrix has a solution for you where we have extended Estimate Entry functionality by providing a copy feature which works as explained below\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The component adds a button labeled \u2018Copy Estimate\u2019 <\/strong><\/em>to the Estimate Entry screen as shown in the below screenshot. You just need to click on the \u2018Copy Estimate\u2019 button and a \u2018Copy Estimate Detail\u2019 screen will be displayed where you can select any existing project and all the Estimates lines for that project will be displayed in a grid for selection. You need to tick the checkboxes for selection of lines and click on the \u2018Proceed\u2019 button. Now all the selected lines will become a part of your new estimate and you can just make changes to the lines or use them as is. This way you can save a lot of time by avoiding the laborious task of repetitive data entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
