We have used VBScript code as well to open the child screen, but the child screen was always opening in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please find below screenshot for the same.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Image1-12.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Image1-12.jpg\" alt=\"maintain standard job reference screen\" class=\"wp-image-1661\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have found a workaround to resolve the above issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To resolve this, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Start&#8211;&gt; Run and type &#8216;regedit&#8217;. Click &#8216;Ok&#8217; to open the Windows Registry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\ Control Panel\\ Desktop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the properties \u201cForegroundLockTimeout\u201d &#8211; change the value from 30d40 to 0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then restart the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The customizer problem will get resolved by using this workaround.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Medium;\"><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/span><br>Greytrix is a one-stop solution provider for Sage ERP and Sage CRM needs.
