But, sometimes when a user tries to access the \u201cShipping Rate Maintenance\u201d screen the below message &#8220;<i>Setup indicates that this option is not available on your system<\/i>&#8221; pops up. This message tells that the feature is not accessible due to the fact that the feature is not set-up to be used.
