In this blog, we would discuss about the available options to convert Tax masters into Sage 100 ERP. We convert masters by using below mentioned methods from Sage 50 US (Peachtree), Sage 50 US (Peachtree<\/em>), QuickBooks, Sage Pro ERP, GP Dynamics. In this blog, we have taken the example of Sage 50 US ERP.<\/p>\n

In continuation of our previous blog here, we would discuss another method for Tax code Generation referred as \u2018User defined Mapping\u2019. While performing migration process, we receive different requirement from clients to assign the specific numbering to Tax masters into in Sage 100 Company.<\/p>\n

So in order to incorporate the custom code for Tax, we do send the template Tax number mapping sheet to our client before proceeding with the migration process. The format of the sheet is as below which contains the columns \u2013\u00a0Sage 50 Tax Name, Sage 100 ERP Tax Number and Sage 100 ERP Tax Name. We expect the filled sheet from client wherein he needs to fill their desired Tax masters code and their names as they want to get converted into Sage 100 ERP against the existing Sage 50 Tax details.<\/p>\n

Here we are taking an example for generating code for Tax Authority:<\/p>\n

Once we receive the filled sheet from the client, we process them accordingly into migration and client\u2019s desired Tax number gets assigned\/created into Sage 100 and same gets assigned to their respective transactions.<\/p>\n

In this way, Sage 50 Tax masters are migrated to the target Sage 100 ERP company database.<\/p>\n

In this way, Sage 50 US Tax masters is migrated into target Sage 100 ERP company database. In our Next Blog we will discuss about another method of generating Tax Number.<\/p>\n
