For this, you will need advanced knowledge of your network. We encourage you to contact your system administrator for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step is to setup an e-mail for the company for which you want to e-mail payroll direct deposit stubs. To do so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expand Library Master, Main, Company Maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-1-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-1-1024x518.jpg\" alt=\"Code\" class=\"wp-image-445\" title=\"Code\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the desired Company Code (in our example it is ABC) then click on the E-mail tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your Mail Server\u2019s IP or Physical address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Authentication options like SSL or none. Then enter in the Username\/Password\/Domain (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/2-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Company\" class=\"wp-image-446\" title=\"Company\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Once you have completed that step, you will then want to setup Paperless Office. We will now see the steps you will need in order to email payroll direct deposit stubs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After you setup your Paperless Office options and after completing all the fields in Form Maintenance, you will want to click on the Additional tab in Form Maintenance and then select <strong>Delivery During Check Register Update.<\/strong> Change the option to Yes. This will send Direct Deposit Stubs during Electronic Delivery in Payroll Check Printing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/3-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Form\" class=\"wp-image-447\" title=\"Form\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you did not select <strong>Delivery During Check Register Update<\/strong>, you are still able to email the direct deposit stubs by going to <strong>Payroll, Direct Deposit, Paperless Office Stub Viewer (aka Direct Deposit Stub Viewer).<\/strong>&nbsp;Use the <strong>SHIFT<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>CTRL<\/strong>&nbsp;keys to Multi-select documents then select the Envelope icon to email them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c71d22;\">How to reprint or resend direct deposit stubs when using Paperless Office<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you ever need to reprint direct deposit stubs when using Paperless Office, then follow these steps:<br><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expand Payroll and Direct Deposit. Double-click Paperless Office Stub Viewer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Direct Deposit Stub Viewer window, highlight the affected Payroll check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the right side, click the Envelope button to electronically deliver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the From E-mail Address field, enter a valid e-mail address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Send.
