We read an\u00a0quick introduction<\/a>\u00a0on the Lite and Pro versions of our integration and also saw\u00a0features of the Lite version<\/a>\u00a0which is free (for 6 months). In this post we will see how you can test\u00a0the Lite version of integration with our demo Salesforce Org or with your Salesforce Org the easy way. In our next posts we will\u00a0also cover options to try the\u00a0<\/span>Pro version<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In order to experience our Lite version of integration, there are two options:-<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0<\/span>Try with our Salesforce Org<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 This is like a no effort option where you can use our Demo Salesforce Org where we have setup everything and you just need to login and start using the integration.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0<\/span>Install Lite version in your Salesforce Org\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>– We will assist you to Install Lite application in your Salesforce organization and integrate with Sage 100 ERP.<\/p>\n

Option 1 – Try with our Salesforce Org<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have setup our Lite version integration into one demo Salesforce Org so and connected with our test Sage 100 system, kindly follow the below mentioned steps<\/p>\n

(Before you start, email us for password on\u00a0<\/span><\/em>salesforce@greytrix.com<\/em><\/a>. For verification you can either follow the email verification process or send us your IP address)
\n<\/em><\/strong>i) Login to Demo Salesforce Org\u00a0<\/span>https:\\\\login.salesforce.com
\n<\/a>ii) Enter username as\u00a0<\/span>demouser001@greytrix.com
\n<\/a>iii) Enter password as sent to you via email
\niv) Once you are logged into demo Salesforce Org you are ready to test the integration.
\nv) Kindly use \u201cSystem Administration & User Guide – v1.0<\/strong>\u201d from “Customization Guides<\/strong>” section of \u201cDetails<\/strong>\u201d tab of the app\u00a0listing page<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>or we will email you along with the password.<\/p>\n

Note \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>If you are logging into Salesforce for the first time. For security reasons Salesforce will ask you to provide verification code. This is how it works.<\/p>\n

i) After entering user id and password to login from your computer\/device it will ask you to provide verification Code for security reason<\/p>\n

ii) Click on the \u201cEmail me a verification code<\/strong>\u201d button and associated email will be sent to us with verification code. After that, you can close your browser. (Verification code will be valid for next 24 hours to activate Salesforce Org from your device<\/em><\/strong>)<\/p>\n

iii) Please email at\u00a0<\/span>salesforce@greytrix.com<\/a>\u00a0for verification code and we revert back to you with verification code as soon as possible.\u00a0<\/span>(The verification code will work\u00a0even\u00a0if you have closed or\u00a0want to use\u00a0a different browser. You just need to ensure you are using the same device\/IP<\/span><\/b><\/em>)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

iv)\u00a0Once you have the verification code you are all set to login and\u00a0try the integration<\/span><\/p>\n

Option 2 – Setup Lite application in your Salesforce organization<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please email us on\u00a0<\/span>salesforce@greytrix.com<\/a>\u00a0and we will assist you to setup integration with your Sage 100 ERP and your Salesforce account or 30 days free\u00a0<\/span>trial Salesforce Org<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>of your choice<\/p>\n

We need SSL enabled to access Sage 100 ERP data from Salesforce, just in case you do not have any provision during installation we will connect your Salesforce to our Sage 100 SSL demo site. We have hosted a web service on our server and it accessible over HTTPS as well so you can use Sage 100 Demo Company (ABX) for your testing purpose of the integration.<\/p>\n
