In our last blog, we discussed the overall workflow of this integration along with its many benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagemas\/2024\/06\/28\/seamless-integration-of-dynamics-crm-and-sage-100-using-gumu\/\">Understanding GUMU&#x2122; Workflow for Dynamics CRM and Sage 100 Integration<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog,\u00a0we\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0covering\u00a0a new feature, Type of Accounts, that\u00a0lets\u00a0users\u00a0filter and sync specific account types from Dynamics CRM to Sage 100. This configuration ensures\u00a0control\u00a0of\u00a0data being synchronized,\u00a0and hence streamlines\u00a0the\u00a0interface\u00a0process.<br><br><strong>Configuration\u00a0for\u00a0&#8216;Type of Accounts&#8217;<\/strong><br>The\u00a0field\u00a0Type of accounts\u00a0is a dropdown\u00a0in the GUMU&#x2122; integration configuration screen. It\u00a0presents\u00a0two options\u00a0to\u00a0synchronize\u00a0the\u00a0account\u00a0type.<br><br><b>Customers:<\/b> If\u00a0this option is selected, only records with the\u00a0field\u00a0Relationship\u00a0set\u00a0as\u00a0Customer in Dynamics CRM will be synchronized with Sage 100.
