In our previous blog, we have explained about \u201cData Integrity and Optimization tools in Sage 100 ERP<\/a>\u201d, now we will see how we can use \u201cRebuild Key Files<\/b>\u201d feature in Sage 100 ERP (Formerly known as Sage MAS 90\/200 ERP).<\/p>\n

To utilize the Rebuild key feature follow below mentioned procedures;<\/p>\n

  1. Login to Sage 100 company file with administrative rights<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cLibrary Master -> Utilities -> Rebuild Key Files\u201d, a window with a warning message would appear; click on \u201cOK\u201d button to view the below screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    <\/a><\/div>\n

    1. Select the company code and module code.<\/li>\n
    2. Then, select the\u00a0check-boxes\u00a0as whether you want to check the inconsistencies in the data file or you want to optimize the file. In our case, we have selected both.<\/li>\n
    3. Now select which data file you want to check and optimize. Here we have selected the AR_Customer file.<\/li>\n
    4. Now, everything is in place and set, we can start with the process by clicking on the Proceed button.<\/li>\n
    5. Once, the process is completed, a file is shown as below containing the list of issues which needs attention.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
